- Come & See
Spend a week with us at the Apostolic Hub in Bulgaria! Bring friends, members of your church, or your youth group to get a taste of missionary life, experience God, and get involved. - Short Term
Interested in a short-term mission? Perhaps you have a gap year and want to explore life on the mission field. Join us at one of our hubs for a few months or longer, and actively participate in our work! - Long Term
We are urgently looking for people committed to mission who want to contribute their gifts. All professions are welcome, and the opportunities are almost limitless. Contact us without obligation, and together we can discover where your place could be.
We are looking, immediately or by arrangement, for a leader couple to serve at our mission center in Bulgaria.
As global nomads, our vision is to reach Turkic peoples across Europe and Asia with the Gospel, establish multiplying communities, and positively influence all areas of society. Our mission center in Bulgaria is the largest of several apostolic hubs along the Silk Road.
As the base leader couple, you will:
- Lead the on-site team
- Organize maintenance tasks for the house and garden
- Actively participate in practical work
- Build relationships with the local community
- Welcome and support guests visiting the hub
Key Responsibilities
- Overall leadership of the training center
- Team management and coordination
- Administrative tasks and planning
- Support for short-term mission team
- Household management and practical maintenance
Requirements
- Experience in intercultural work and mission projects
- A heart for Roma and Muslim communities
- Passion for global church planting
- Good German and English; willingness to learn Bulgarian
- Flexibility and openness to local cultural contexts
- Structured, forward-thinking, and entrepreneurial approach
- Pastoral heart

Many of our team members teach their own children in addition to all their other responsibilities! We are looking for a teacher or a teacher to be and welcome any help with homeschooling, even if it’s just for a few months.
Every year, Eno and Mirjam, founders and directors of Global Nomads, bring a young assistant into their daily lives. As an assistant to Eno or Mirjam, you’ll support them, gain deep insight into their mission work, refresh and energize yourself, and experience new countries and cultures!
